Cioè se le accuse mosse nei confronti del sindaco Carlo Martelli dovessero, cosa che speriamo, cadere, stampa e magistratura dovranno pubblicizzare la cosa con la stessa rapidità e propaganda di come è stato fatto in occasione del suo arresto. Nel caso in cui invece le accuse dovessero essere suffragate da ulteriori prove ed emergesse veramente la sua colpa, è giusto che paghino oltre il sindaco tutti coloro i quali abbiano in qualche modo contribuito a far cadere Rosarno in quell’ulteriore degrado di cui proprio non ne aveva bisogno. A tal proposito leggendo attentamente le dichiarazioni degli altri partiti ed esponenti politici, ci fanno particolarmente riflettere quelle dell’ex sindaco Saccomanno che è stato eletto grazie alla stessa coalizione ed alle stesse persone che hanno sostenuto Martelli, e vorremmo ricordare a tutta la cittadinanza che l’ex primo cittadino in realtà non has resigned to fight that system of power that he himself had received, but has undergone something of a no-confidence motion by the entire council in a now historic session.
